FLIPR is the returns management platform for online retailers — and this app puts your returns desk in your pocket. Built for warehouse and customer-service teams, it lets you process customer returns the moment a parcel arrives, instead of heading back to a computer.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Scan & log returns — Point your camera at the parcel label to instantly match it to the right order. No label to scan? Search by order number, postcode, customer name, or Linnworks order number.

• See the full order — Product images, sizes, quantities, and prices are pulled straight from your catalogue, so you can confirm you've got the right items at a glance.

• Set the resolution per item — Refund, exchange for a different size, exchange for another item, store credit, or scrap. Choose the right outcome for every line.

• Process in one tap — Restock to Linnworks, issue the refund to the customer's sales channel, and complete the return, all from the handset. If a step can't be completed, the return is left open so nothing slips through.

• Know your customer — Instantly see a customer's previous returns, with a heads-up when someone is a frequent returner. Tap an order number, name or postcode to copy it or find that customer's other orders.

• Flag problems — Mark an item as an issue or a lost/stolen parcel and attach photo evidence straight from the camera or gallery.

• Fast and secure — Optional biometric unlock keeps the app locked to you, and your session is stored securely on the device.
