Saw this guy on YouTube and thought he seems cool and really into it for the kids. He was reviewing Miko... I don't understand why it wanted permission to record me and have my precise location. Very invasive. When I said no to that permission I got locked into a screen that wouldn't let me exit the app. I had to go into the settings and delete the app or it had taken over my phone and wouldn't let me out. This seems really scary to me. Contact me if you fix this or explain

Constant crashes on mobile. We have the dedicated device as well but the copliots get duplicated randomly, overly limited to what it can be used for, and it's an extra device to carry around and remember. Becomes e-waste afterwards. Causes meltdowns when it's not working properly or stuff gets added and moved around.

If you're having issues with this app, reach out to them. I was getting stuck in the update screen at first, but after a quick email from the Goally tech team, the app was all fixed. My son loves the games, they are really well thought out and the visual schedules are fantastic! Even all of the background music is pleasant! Best app for an ASD or ADHD kiddo.
