About this app
With the GETHAIR Coach APP you can easily link up with one or more trainees to provide feedback on your trainee's results. For this purpose your trainee should have installed the "GETHAIR Trainee App".
Conversely, you can accept invitations from trainees. Invitations are sent out for this purpose and must be confirmed by both sides. If you are accepted as a coach by the trainee, you will receive the results of each completed training with the request to create a feedback. As a certified coach, you create a professional feedback based on the information sent and rate it with stars. The trainee receives your assessment and suggestions for improvement of his results.
Make sure that you create your feedback promptly. Because your trainee is waiting for your feedback and how many stars he or she has received from you.
All results and feedback are automatically documented and you are always informed about your trainee's training status. You can link up with an unlimited number of trainees.
Both you and your trainee can disconnect at any time. Once the link is broken, your trainee will be removed from your overview list with all data. It is important for you to know that the feedback data remains visible to the trainee.

The GETHAIR Coaching and Trainee Apps can, among other things, be used very well for practical vocational training. The didactic concept is based on competence-oriented learning and teaching. The training units in the GETHAIR Trainee APP are developed according to the latest findings in digital knowledge transfer of practical vocational skills. GETHAIR Training is based on the didactic principle of working and learning in an experimental learning environment through instructions from experts using videos, animations, texts and images.

The GETHAIR Coach and Trainee Apps and their learning contents are exclusively accessible to apprentices, trainees and professional hairdressers. To ensure this, IN APP purchases are not possible. The activation of content is exclusively done via package codes provided by professional associations, professional organisations, training companies, vocational schools, the specialised industry or which have been acquired via special direct offers from the target group of hairdressers. We provide trainees and professionals with the best know-how for theirs, in order to best promote its further development and the quality in training and further education.
