Ratings and reviews

I purchased tickets and they don't show up in my account. I was emailed a link with no barcode. There is no way to transfer or download tickets. Support is unresponsive and unhelpful.

App works slow. Big problem that i cannot return to the same place in page when i click return from event page that i entered. I also suggest that there will be Most Have line that will discribe the type of music will be at the specific event without entering the specific event page to check. This app still far away from being good.

The events are great, it's very convenient that everything is in one place and online. But the search engine is awful, THE APP IS SO SLOW, constantly disconnecting my account and shuts down constantly!
