About this app

Jobkore is estimates, invoices and getting paid, for contractors and small crews, on the go or at the desk. Built by a contractor who needed it.

In English and Spanish, and each client gets documents in their own language.

SEND ESTIMATES
Build a clear estimate from your price list and send it by email or link. Your client reads it on any device and accepts it with a signature.

TURN IT INTO AN INVOICE
An accepted estimate becomes a draft invoice, ready when the work is done. Add a deposit and progress payments to one invoice, and add change orders your client signs as the job changes.

GET PAID
Clients pay online by card or bank transfer. Record checks and cash yourself. Late invoices get a polite reminder, at most three, and you can turn them off for any invoice.

FIELD NOTES
Record a voice memo and get it written out. Scan a spec sheet, a punch list or a signed page with your phone or tablet's built-in scanner. Photograph your handwritten notes. Notes you take with no signal are kept on your device and sync when you are back online.

AND HANK MAKES IT EASIER
Hank is the assistant built into Jobkore. He turns your field notes into a draft estimate, fills in line items and prices, and changes anything when you ask. You review every change before it goes to a client.

• Email sign-ups confirm the address with a 6-digit code.
• Send by email or text. Texts go out from your own phone number.
• Your clients get one page with every estimate and invoice you've sent them.
• Invoices show refunds, card fees and bank payments that are still clearing.
• Forms work better with the keyboard, and your changes are kept when the signal drops.
