Office staff use the GetKonnected web platform to schedule jobs, build process workflows, manage assets, and approve documents. Field workers use this app to receive those jobs, complete the workflows you've defined, and feed every result back to the office in real time. The two halves of the platform stay perfectly in sync.

One app, the whole job

Workers open GetKonnected and see their assigned jobs at a glance: customer, site, date, time, and status. Tap into a job for the full address, an embedded site map with one-tap navigation, and a sequential checklist that walks the worker through every step of the operation.

Process steps unlock in order, so nobody can skip a Clock In, miss a POWRA, or forget to sign the RAMS. You define the workflow in the GetKonnected web platform, and the app makes sure it gets followed on site.

Sign RAMS and safety documents in seconds

Our signing flow guides workers through document review, signature capture, a verification photo, and final confirmation. No printer, no scanner, no email chains back to the office. The signed RAMS lands in your office records the moment the worker taps Submit.

Asset management with NFC

Programme NFC tags for your assets, vehicles, and safety nets directly from the app. Workers tap their phone against a tag to pull up the asset's live status, maintenance history, and any inspections that are due. Asset records are managed centrally in the GetKonnected web platform and reflected instantly in the app.
