About this app

Afterclass is a class management app designed for instructors running after-school programs and Neulbom Schools across various subjects.

It allows you to easily manage student rosters and attendance for each class, and send attendance and class notification text messages to guardians when necessary.

Key Features

• Class and Student Roster Management
You can manage school, class name, day of the week, time, location, and student information for each class.

• Convenient Attendance Recording
You can record attendance statuses required in the classroom, such as present, tardiness, absence, early departure, and pre-notified absence.

• Guardian Text Notifications
Attendance and class notifications are sent to the composition screen of the default text messaging app along with the guardian's contact information. The actual transmission is performed after the user confirms the message within the app.

• Text Template Management
You can set notification phrases to use for attendance, class start, class end, schedule changes, class cancellations, and more.

• Register Excel Rosters and Download Attendance Records
You can register student rosters as Excel files and download attendance records and past attendance records for each class. • Cloud Storage and Retrieval

You can save necessary data to the cloud and retrieve it from other devices or web environments.

• Early Dismissal Notification

If you register a scheduled early dismissal time, you can receive a notification at the set time.

Afterclass aims to provide the functions needed in actual classroom settings in a simple manner, rather than complex academy management systems.
