I'm in the process of doing first aid and ACT videos. And at the end of every single video the app crashes, and needs to be restarted before I can get to the next video. You can be damn sure I won't be coming for my SIA license training next time, using it

That app is rubbish have to wait up to 5 minutes after a short test before move to another test if meanwhile doesn't crash. I tried to cancel my course if do I purchased it yesterday they're saying you cannot cancel but still if you want to cancel we tax you £60 which is breach of consumer rights section 49 I'm raising dispute right now and next step will be ombudsman if don't get full refund. Rubbish app and rubbish organisation, stay away.

An extremely well laid out eLearning course . I found that watching a video for each Section followed by the questions then the result & option for repeat a fantastic way of learning. This form of layout helped me to attain my end result of a PASS. Thank You 🙏
