Subject: Glitch in the Application Dear Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a technical issue or glitch that I have encountered within the application. Despite my best efforts and thorough research, I have been unable to resolve the problem on my own. I have successfully earned all the badges except for the counter terrorism badge, which I believe is my 12th or 13th attempt. So sort this issue out. Regards Noor
