Ratings and reviews

It was great until they merged with Allianz, the app doesn't work anymore. The website is messy and a lot of information/documents are just not there! I absolutely miss the app. It's sad to see how fast Luko has downgraded. I've been with Luko around 4 years, really disappointed of this merge. They also messed up with my payments. Luko, your app was your biggest advantage, not a smart move to have it gone ... It's probably a sign to change my insurance

There's no customer service. it's impossible to get in touch with them. I need to terminate my contract, and nobody responds in the chat like ever. Additionally there's no phone number to call. If you're looking to waste money it's the best insurance for that. I'm pretty sure they try their best not to provide any help and stripe you away from your money, and rights

The subscription process was beautiful. I could access chat support on a Sunday, and in English, - which is an HUGE deal in a country like France. The terms were super simplified and easy to understand. Seamless process, and an actually helpful support executive. And they have an app, for chat support directly when in distress! I'm floored! Taking away one star for the app, which seems much lower quality than the website.
