The subscription process was beautiful. I could access chat support on a Sunday, and in English, - which is an HUGE deal in a country like France. The terms were super simplified and easy to understand. Seamless process, and an actually helpful support executive. And they have an app, for chat support directly when in distress! I'm floored! Taking away one star for the app, which seems much lower quality than the website.

Subscription was easy and cheap online from my computer. I would like at least the option of a desktop app for making a claim, not be forced to download a mobile app. But when I did use the app, it was easy enough. The app questionnaire didn't always have correct features: eg: multiple choice was better than either-or for damage to my property vs owner property. Whenever the asks me for new documents, it only gives me two options: Continue (obey robot immediately) or Cancel. Feels coercive.
