It won't hand you a template plan. It asks the question you were missing, one honest question at a time. Sometimes that means sitting with something uncomfortable instead of rushing past it — that's usually where the real movement happens.

Set a goal, name a commitment, and Mentor tracks it in your own words. Not to remind you like a nagging notification, but to know what to ask next time.

There are no streaks, no push notifications begging you back, no gamification. When you need Mentor less, that's the goal — not a failure. We didn't build this to keep you. We built it so you get better, even if that means you open the app less over time.
