... but the app does not work very well. I have done close to 20 missions, the rewards program is a little low compared to other similar apps, but the achievements make up for this. My biggest problem with the app is the failure rate of submission, about 1/3 will fail the first time and about 1/8 will fail completely. Their support team is great in giving partial credit, but I feel like it should work better and I do not want to be bothering them all the time. Please fine tune the app!

Terrible! I've done mystery shopping for over a decade with no problems. I go above and beyond in my work. With Mobee, nothing is good enough??! I did the equivalent of $20 in shops yesterday, one of which had connectivity issues and said it would save and I could send it in the next 2.5 hours. Sending over data or WiFi kept crashing the app. Two were rejected because of one photo each, which were in line with their instructions. I live in rural America and know BS when I see it! Never again!

3 major issues with the app: 1. Sometimes if another app opens (by your choice or not) it'll restart the survey and you can't access the one you were doing. 2. Missions can show up and disappear very quickly, which can be deceptive. 3. Some missions aren't always clear or you can't take multiple pictures on a single audit, had a mission declined once foe simply putting no instead of yes, tried to rebuttal it and they still wouldn't properly pay for it.
