You gotta pay for recording. The cameras keep disconnecting from my wifi and you have to use an ethernet cable to reconnect them. That's not easy after they're mounted and they only supply a 3 foot cable with the camera. I'm very disappointed in this product. The cameras themselves have decent quality when working. I will be looking for another system after my purchase of 1 year is up.

Customer service is not very helpful. I have one camera that will connect to wifi and one that will not. I've talked to them 3 times now my only option is to buy another camera and try the new one to see what happens. Also on my recorded clips the time is not correct and I can't figure out how to correct it.

Camera and app work well, could be improved with constantly writing to the SD card for review, instead of only the brief snapshots. App could improve with ability to set the motion dead zones in app, not just online. Quite happy overall with product!
