Pass Point is visitor management for offices, factories, schools and gated campuses. Replace the paper register at your front desk with fast, secure digital check-in, and always know who is on site.

This app is for organisations that use Pass Point. Sign in with the account your administrator created for you, or create a new organisation account.

FAST CHECK-IN AT THE FRONT DESK
• Check visitors in and out in seconds
• Scan a visitor's QR code or a pre-registration pass
• Capture a visitor photo with the camera
• Scan both sides of an ID document when a visitor type requires it
• Print visitor badges with your own badge design

CONTACTLESS SELF CHECK-IN
• Display a site QR code that visitors scan to check themselves in
• Set how long each QR code stays valid
• Save or share the QR code to print and place at your entrance

PRE-REGISTRATION
• Schedule expected visitors in advance
• Approve or reject visits before they arrive
• See upcoming visits in a list or calendar

LIVE VISIBILITY
• Dashboard of total visits, visitors on site and daily trends
• Wallboard showing everyone currently on site
• Full visitor history with search and filters
