this is an amazing app and amazing product! the customer service is beyond what would be expected and it has helped my son have a more competitive Spirit when playing because it's almost like a video game, and he's constantly going up against his peers. the shot speed detection also makes him constantly want to improve and that is a great thing for a youth lacrosse player and especially a coach watching him grow. don't hesitate to purchase this product.

First ball was defective but they quickly sent a replacement. App appears to perform well with the replacement ball. My son is starting to use it regularly and enjoys the shot speed functionality.

Can't update firmware no matter what I try. Also app is buggy
