App has worked fairly well for a while but recently (couple of weeks now), I have been unable to snap my receipts. it snaps and at the point of claiming rewards, it says internal error. I've cleared cache, even uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same. It says receipt has already been claimed but that's not the case.

My points have not been added to my points balance since last year October,2025, i have done and snapped more receipts since then and y'all claim that I can snap my POS receipt but when I do, it says it isn't a shopping list. Fix this!

The App is really Nice But I was Unable to Claim the receipt After snapping And am no more on the Leaderboard please kindly do Something about it Coz I have been Using this App for 2 Seasons now
