I have been using skimmer at work for years. For the last 3 updates the app just crashes completely and randomly. I send the diagnostic report almost every time it happens. We have over 900 weekly cleans and pay a lot for this service. We have reached out and spoken to them repeatedly about issues and the only responses we get are them wanting to raise our prices..... If you can use a different app for this I recommend it.

Been using this app for a year and a half. We have tried pool brain before this and before that we had used ion. I'm not impressed with this app, they haven't made many positive changes to their capability and now they want to triple the price if you don't use their billing software, we use quickbooks and don't want/ need their software for billing and accounting, they just want to make more money off of you for using their credit services. In my opinion, stay away. Going to bail out ASAP!

it tends to freeze while in use. you have to back out and open the customer to unfreeze the app, or close and reopen it. Considering the fact that they want to charge more than pool brain.... this is a big L for skimmer today's update did not fix the issue update, same old issues, price increased and features locked out unless you pay up. use something else before you get stuck here. it's nearly impossible to transfer information out to use a different app.
