The app is great, as is the website. Super easy to book and communication is good. Now the actual service itself, very different story. I booked a Premium Cleaning and received a terrible cleaning. I did contact Spruce Support and they sent a second person who did not do a good job either. After contacting Spruce Support again, they offered a partial refund and a future free cleaning in an effort to rectify the situation.

Don't fall for their polite and flowery words.Cleaners are fine.Sure,they miss a thing or two,but who doesn't?I can work with that on subsequent cleans.Except, I can't. Because I can only deal with their customer service. I used their service a few times because I liked the outcome, barring a couple things, but with the last two times needing customer service, it's been a nightmare.The chat can't actually help beyond giving you a coupon for your next clean that expires READ MORE ON GOOGLE REVIEW

Pretty app and simple to follow. But the amount of errors I get with zero indication as to why is awful. 1. It turns out I already had an account. I tried signing up without knowing I had one and it kept failing just saying 'sorry'. Their web version worked for this luckily. 2. I tried adding a payment method and it kept failing with an equivalently useless message. I just happen to try another card and it worked. You guys tried really hard not to get money from me with all these problems.
