About this app

Stōkt is the app for spray wall climbing — at the gym or on your own wall. Browse community problems, set your own, log sends, and track your training.

There are more than 2000 walls on Stōkt, and we're always adding more. If you don't see yours, send us a message and we'll get in touch with your gym.

HOW IT WORKS
Select your gym wall and get started. Climb problems from your community, or put your setting to the test and create new ones. To set a problem, select the holds, hit publish, and it's ready for others. Check the accuracy of your grading against the setter and the crowd. We support Hueco, Font, and DanKyu.

Or add your own wall: take a photo, Stōkt scans the holds, and you can start setting and climbing for FREE.

HOME WALLS
Stōkt is built for training at home too. Set up your wall in minutes with automatic wall scan — take a photo and Stōkt detects the holds. Edit, move, or add holds whenever you want. Invite friends to set problems for you and keep sessions interesting. You can start free and upgrade when you need more.

COMMUNITY
Connect with friends and climbers from your gym and see who can send your problems. Search for and follow other climbers to grow your network. Add comments to share beta, tips, or just cheer people on. Get notified when someone likes or comments on your problem.

PERFORMANCE & TRAINING
Log climbs and attempts to see how you're progressing. Take on fresh problems to push your climbing. Use detailed charts and stats to get a clear view of your training.

MORE FEATURES
Follow climbers and see activity from your gym in the feed. Create public or private lists — warm-ups, projects, or a style you want to work on. Tag problems (crimpy, slopey, pinchy) and filter by style to find the next climb.

Are you ready to get Stōkt?

The app works well enough, but is usually slow and buggy. There's a decent amount of latency (>2 secs) between when I select a boulder and when it actually opens. I'm also unable to sort boulders within my saved lists, so it quickly gets out of hand if I have more than a few problems in a list.

When it works it works fairly well, but wall images frequently fail to load on android. Pictures load the first time, but if you exit to the list view and then try to open another climb the image fails to load unless you close and reopen the app. Issue has been around for a long time. When fixed, app would be 4/5 stars.

I have been logged out of my account 2x over the past 8 months for no apparent reason. the first time I was able to reset my password and it fixed the issue. This time I can't even do that. I have used this app for 3 years prior to this with 0 issues so this is really frustrating. Please fix the issue because right now this app is horrible compared to how it used to work.
