Sustena helps you decide what to eat and what to buy.
Plan within your budget
Tell Sustena how much you have for the day, and it plans breakfast, lunch and dinner that cost less than that. If three meals won't fit, it tells you the lowest budget that will. You can also plan the whole week.
The meals you already cook
Jollof rice, egusi soup, beans and plantain, akara and pap, and more. Change the number of servings and the amounts change with it. There are also dishes like grilled tilapia, oats porridge and veggie stir fry.
Cook with what you have
Add what's in your kitchen to your pantry. Sustena shows the meals you can cook with it and what else each one needs.
One shopping list
Turn your meal plan, or any recipe, into one shopping list. Every item has an estimated price in naira, so you know roughly what you'll spend before you go to the market.
In the sizes you buy
Recipes can show Nigerian measures. If egusi soup needs 200 g of egusi, your list says one congo measure, and ugwu is listed by the bunch.
Free to use
Sustena has a free version. It isn't a diet app and doesn't replace advice from your doctor.
