I've been on Gett for many years now but the app is pretty much unusable due to their ridiculous payment schedule. If you do a job on Monday you don't get your money until Thursday week, eleven days later! MyTaxi app pays twice a week in comparison. It's a shame as the app is really good but who wants to wait that long for YOUR money? Have brought it to their attention many times but they ignore my concerns. Use MyTaxi instead, they have a lot more work too. REGARDING YOUR REPLY TO GET IN TOUCH TO DISCUSS THIS. I HAVE MANY TIMES AND YOU REFUSE TO GO BACK TO TWICE WEEKLY PAYMENTS. SO MUCH FOR LISTENING THEN!

As I have asked you so many times ago , in order to improve this application , you have to make the following changings : 1. You have to receive only customers with credit cards so you can charge them with a fine for every order cancelation starting with the first one , or to refund your drivers for the inconvenience of the cancelation from the company's own funds !!!! 2. You have to offer our drivers the option of "rating" and "feed backing" (criticizing) your customers the same way they do !

Just downloaded new update and another fault that hasn't been rectified : YOU CAN'T SWITCH IT OFF! The 'OFF' switch puts you back into 'AVAILABLE MODE'! Wch means I have to leave it in 'BUSY' mode, wch drains my battery, until the app time's you out with message "you've been inactive for a while so you have been signed out" Unable to view the app in Landscape, which is no good for my tablet device. They update continually but still can't use my tablet in Landscape. They're just not listening!
