Blur photos and screenshots to protect your privacy, automatically. This app finds faces, ID numbers, card numbers and login codes on its own, then covers each one: blur, pixelate or a solid black box, your choice.

Unlike apps that hand you a blur brush and manual redaction tools and leave you to find everything yourself, this one reads the content, classifies it as a face, an ID number, a card number or a login code, and redacts the right region automatically. Every scan runs 100% on-device.

BLUR, PIXELATE OR BLACK BOX
Gaussian blur for photos, pixelate or mosaic for a classic censored look, or a solid black box for the strongest redaction. Strength is adjustable, and press and hold to compare before and after.

Blur strength here is not a guess. We render the redaction, then run text and face recognition back over our own output to confirm they can no longer read it, and the defaults come from those measurements. The strength slider can only strengthen a redaction, never weaken it.

SCREENSHOT ALERTS
Most leaks happen in the seconds between taking a screenshot and sending it. Turn this on and the app watches for new screenshots in the background, then notifies you the moment you capture something with personal data in it. On-device, off until you enable it.

FAQ

Does it work offline?
Yes. All detection and redaction runs on-device, with no connection required.

Can redacted text be recovered?
A weak blur or a coarse mosaic can be. This app sets its strength from measurement rather than appearance. For the strongest option, use the black box style.

Can it redact my card number or ID automatically?
Yes. Text is classified by type, and each match, including PII like SSNs, IBANs and ID numbers, is covered automatically.

Does it blur faces automatically?
Yes, including in group photos, and you can keep any face visible by tapping it.

Can I pixelate or use a mosaic instead of blur?
Yes. Blur, pixelate and black box are all available, with adjustable strength.

ACCURACY
Detection is automatic but not perfect. It can miss items or flag ones you meant to keep, so review the preview before you share. You can add or remove any area by hand.
