While doing the online booking of clinic check up, my money was deducted but didn't get refund after doing multiple follow ups and waited 2 months. They are just scaming people. I would say it is the app issue which doesn't recognise no booking even after the payment. And it is also the team who is looking into it. This shouldn't have been this long to wait. Just ridiculous 😠

This has ended up being the worst healthcare app I've used. Twice I tried to consult with a doctor and after assigning there was no response from them. My medicine order was so delayed that I just recovered naturally. Now I have no damn option to cancel it because there is no support section on the app and no response on email ticket. Another prescription I uploaded has been declined with no way to get a proper explanation. And delivery from a scrip from an old consult was so delayed it expired

App has lots of facilities but none of it are working. In addition to this the backend support is zero. I booked a session, didn't receive any response from the doctor for almost 40 minutes. Had no option to cancel the booking. Then booked another session and yet no response. Worst service. Have uninstalled the app.
