5. See your delivery fee upfront before you confirm: a simple base fee, a small per-item charge beyond 3 items, and distance
6. Choose how to pay the shop: directly via the shop's UPI QR, or cash on delivery
7. Watch your partner shop LIVE — every item marked bought or unavailable in real time, with actual shelf prices
8. Review the summary, pay, and confirm
9. Track the delivery to your door, then rate and tip your partner
