I've been disappointed with this app for a few years now. I'm able to receive promotions on the app, but never able to use them. The locations nearest me do not even participate in the loyalty program or the app. Each year, I think, surely they will update everything. But no. The locations that supposedly DO participate in the program, well that's another story. I try to give them my business but the app won't let me order from those either. Now, I can't even login anymore. WTH??

UPDADTE. I reached out to developer last week about app not working. Responded initially and asked me how I got email address and I told him from app. Then I was asked for number associated to my account and I sent it. No other communication after that. I can't preview my account through app but I get notifications from app. Doesn't make sense to me. I've been trying to login for 30 days and have been unsuccessful. I've even uninstalled it and it still want work. Please fix app!!!!

Points never go up anymore after many purchases. My phone/info is correct on the app. An employee says everything looks correct when my number is put in, yet I never reach the rewards, and they can't resolve the issue. Also, the corporate office won't return my call. I feel they do not value long-time customers. I will be deleting this app and no longer visiting MSC. I also do online surveys with multiple companies and will be sure to let them know of my experiences with this establishment.
