About this app

This mobile time management application is intended exclusively for agents of the City of Paris.

It offers them the possibility:

- to consult their leave balances (annual leave, JRTT ...),
- to make leave requests online and consult their status (pending validation, validated and refused),
- to manage their CET: supply, monetization, conversion into RAFP points,
- to make requests for the removal of clocking anomalies,
- to consult their calendar of presence and absence.


For the validators, the application also allows for their team:

- to consult and validate leave requests,
- to validate the CET supply requests,
- to consult the schedule of the team.

In application of the regulations relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, the user of the service and application of Time Management of the City of Paris, has a right of access, rectification, modification and deletion of data concerning him. The information collected is recorded in a file computerized by the City of Paris in order to meet the obligations in force on working time. Connection data is kept for 1 year, those related to time management for 2 years.
