The app allows you to safely and securely navigate through your whole print fleet and GFC customers can access support features by simply scanning the QR code on any GFC device. You can contact GFC support, and if a technician is needed, see when the technicians have been dispatched, arrived, and completed a service call. You can even rate the quality of service after it is completed.
