Nossa APP is a talent management platform that aims, among other things, to promote a more informal and playful communication channel. Our APP has an advanced gamification engine, through quizzes where it is possible to challenge the entire team and win medals, points and coins that will be essential to reach the top in the rankings. The platform aims to foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation and encourage the active participation of all employees.

It has a wide range of modules, through which the involvement of all employees in the creation of content is guaranteed, in the promotion of training actions and quizzes in different areas, it allows to promote innovation in the organization and manage the performance evaluation of an innovative way.
