the customer support need to reflect that 24/7 claim, I had to wait for hours to get my issue resolved, it was resolved but untimely

Mpesa deposits have worked well until one of my deposits didn't reflect to my Deriv account. I contacted Deriv team severally with proof of payment receipts from Mpesa and to date nothing solved. All I get is a relevant department will solve the issue within 3 business days. Even after the 3 business days elapse and I contact them still I'm told again a relevant department will solve the issue within another 3 business days. Nothing has been solved to date.

I used to think this was the best payment agent until I tried using them. I made a withdrawal which did not reflect and when I tried inquiring they did not even bother answering me. It's been some days now and all I can see is that they have no intention of giving me the money I withdrew. Thanks a lot Deriv Mpesa, I'll look for another payment agent. Avoid them if you can for your money's sake.
