Ratings and reviews

You don't get any solution here for online complaints; it's just a waste of time. When you call customer care, they say it will be resolved in 6-7 days, but nothing actually happens. It's useless.

no statment show in app our all credit debit statment, where is serch previous our payment detail,we cant verify with our bank statment,very worst gov babu app, you can see some private firm app so easy and user friendly app,

Customer Service is Extremely Bad,I haven't yet got my first Bill since April'2026, I have called up Vasai East and logged complaint also message this App also spoke to Mr.Nayan who comes to check the meter and informed him about my bill .
