PNG

7) Pay your Gas Bills - Pay your Gas Bills anytime “Quick Pay” option also available without Login.

9) Customer Complaints - Submit your complaints with ease and track the status of same.

10) Submit Meter Reading & Generate Gas Bill - Submit Meter Reading and generate Gas Bill on the spot. Also track the consumption history in a graphical format (in SCM and Rupees).

11) Emergency Numbers- Get the details of location wise emergency numbers on every page of mobile app for immediate dialing.

12) Rate Card/Charges - Get information on current Gas Prices and various other charges.

13) FAQs/Safety - Get answers to various FAQs on the go along with Safety Tips.

CNG

1) Station Locator - Locate our CNG stations on the google map via multiple options including List of CNG Stations, CNG stations nearby to your current location and CNG stations between given source and destination using Enroute option.

2) Saving Calculator - Calculate your savings for switching to CNG as fuel as compared to Petrol/Diesel.

3) CNG Complaints - Submit your complaints with ease and track the status of same

GGL Mobile App is an endeavour by Gujarat Gas team to facilitate its customers in a better way by making the best use of technology.

Ratings and reviews

The app is ok but for a big shortcoming. I am never able to save copy of payment receipt. When the option for print appears and we tap it, the screen goes blank and continues to be so indefinitely. One can never save or take a printout of receipt. This is the biggest drawback of this app which brings down the rating from 5 to 3 stars. Since I am liberal I gave 4 instead of 3 star rating.

Wonderful application it is. There is one opportunity for improvement. It does not show whether bill is generated by actual meter reading OR without actual meter reading in case LOCKED house. It affects the consumption analysis. Another point is : FAQ is not searchable, which is badly needed. Kindly arrange needful. With regards and cheers to entire team.

Issue faced during registeration in Application. Costomer name is retrieved as customer ID is entered. This cannot be changed. After completing the filling other information and pressing 'submit' button, alert notification pops up message that first name cannot be so short, minimum somany characters required. This is prefilled and cannot be changed. Hence stalemate!!
