The app opens and I've set up a phone number and an account, but the app never fully loads. cannot use. I can share a video of my Samsung S25 Ultra, not being able to run the app. update, I have texted, emailed and sent messages but no response. I can't get the site to work. I think they've gone out of business.

I didn't receive the item I ordered and they didn't replace or refund, I tried sending email multiple times calling them nothing seems to be working terrible customer experience, if you're ordering groceries from here remember to check all the items you ordered and if they're missing forget about what you do cause they won't respond.

the great news is new version of quite good in speed in compare to last one so ⭐⭐. I always order for 60+$ but all the time below 30$ items get delivered. I am curious to know how IB brand can not have 50% of stuff missing always so -⭐. on top of that, customer service for email response is almost dead. in case any item is missing, you have to ask 5 times even there is no guarantee for refund -⭐⭐. 😭
