slow to respond. needs more control options. had an incident where the amp changed on its own when reopening app. Lucky I checked or it would have been set over my home wiring capability. a fire could have started. needs a physical max switch and the app will be limited to that max. do enjoy the extra lower ranges of amp selection. most on the market only concentrate on how high the amps can go. overnight doesn't require that much. FYI, doing quick charges does harm the longevity of batteries.

Started off bad but finally got it to work. Password guidelines are confusing. Combination characters means special characters but a couple didn't work for me. The app is pretty basic. No way to identify which car and the only option is a basic timer. My I-Pace doesn't always wake up unless it has a low feed similar to the I-3s. Hopefully they add capability for multi car and other features to the app.

App is very easy to use although could benefit from a help area explaining what each setting does rather than trying to figure it out yourself. Very easy to connect to the charger using Bluetooth then link to my WiFi. Small bug found when adding a schedule which I hope will be fixed soon, once fixed will be a 5 star review. Schedules now work perfectly!
