certain key functions on the app will shut the entire app down ..so good luck if you need to do any kind of transfer.. representative told me this is after they have already done app updates..

Out of all the changes this bank has made within this app,I can only think of 1 that's positive. And that's seeing your full balance with interest vs "balance due". Other than that, it's an absolute garbage app. The update they made to GHS in August '24 is the only reason i am about to switch banks after 8 yrs of 0 problems. Aug 1st hit and I've had nothing but problems in too many ways. Going elsewhere *but the people working there are awesome. They deserve a 5/5

App is fine. 5 stars just to offset the 1 star reviews with rediculous complaints. Yall should go back to flip phones
