GIA-Mobile is the mobile application that will allow you to take full advantage of the GIA-WEB system from Datalogic Software. With GIA-Mobile you will be able to enter orders from your clients, invoice, collect through receipts, consult the debt, issue a cash and collection summary, and other operations designed to solve the daily work of a sales or collections agent.
The system operates as a mobile "box", in disconnected mode (offline) which ensures the operation without the need for connection. The information is synchronized with the GIA-WEB server once there is a connection.
The GIA-Mobile application can work in conjunction with GFE-Mobile (Mobile Electronic Invoice) to allow the registration and digital signature of electronic documents.

Main functionalities:
* Opening and closing of the cash register for shift count, synchronized with central GIA-WEB cash registers, which allows the centralized control of collection.
* Entry of tickets, invoices and credit notes with entry of multiple forms of payment.
* Entry of collection receipts, with total and partial cancellation of documents and multiple forms of payment.
* Entry of customer orders for subsequent delivery and billing.
* Consultation of customer debt, allowing consultation of documents from the last 60 days in offline mode, and complete inventory in online mode (with connection).

The correct functioning of the GIA-Mobile application requires an adequate parameterization of the GIA-WEB system, in which the parameters linked to the mobile "cash register" must be established (for example, the correlative documents to be used in each mobile cash register).
