I've had issues with this app before which seem to have been fixed. New issue/bug that I found is when you try to pay for your prescriptions. My credit card on file doesn't work because it has expired. I am not able to delete it or update it. I have a new card with updated expiration but the app doesn't let me add it and says that this card is already added. Please fix as soon as possible. Thanks!

This app has officially become useless after the most recent update and that really sucks due to the fact that I know I have new prescriptions that are set to come in and now I won't know when they'll be ready or not. I can't log in or even make a new account! Heck, I even tried the browser and I can't log in there either! The regular shopping app works fine but the Rx one? Utterly useless. I keep getting errors up on opening the app and when logging in. I love the Giant Pharm but now?

App would be so much better and would cut down on the phone calls if it would show any pending scripts sent by the doctors office so I know you got it. If it's too soon to fill, have it say that and the date it can be filled so I don't have to call every single time to make sure you received it. Also, if the meds need to be ordered, it could say that and when it's expected to be in. Since my doctor only works Mon, Wed & Fri,they send scripts early. Would cut down on phone calls & misinformation.
