Destinations: You can transfer money from Russia to Armenia and Belarus, as well as from Armenia to Russia. Transfers to Armenia can be made using either a card number or an IDBank phone number. Transfers to Belarus can only be made using a card number. It's also important to note that transfers to these countries are currently only available to citizens of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia.

To send money from Armenia to Russia, you need to top up your idram wallet or use an IDBank ruble account. Then, using the idram app, send the money to your idpay account (in the "Pay or transfer" section, select "To idpay wallets"). You can then withdraw the money to any Russian card.

Commission: 0.9% and a minimum of 100 rubles, regardless of the country and banks of the sender and recipient. You can see the commission amount and the current exchange rate in the app before making a transfer.
Limits - The standard limit is 200,000 rubles per month, with a maximum transfer amount of 100,000 rubles. If you need to transfer larger amounts, you can increase the limit to 2,000,000 rubles per month, with a maximum transfer amount of 400,000 rubles.

QR payment in Armenia with Russian cards - Now you can pay for purchases and services through the idpay app with a Russian card. Scan QR codes at supermarket checkouts, cafe and restaurant bills, and pay in rubles at a favorable rate.
Transfer crediting - Transfers are usually credited instantly. If you regularly make international money transfers, you'll find the repeat transfer button especially convenient; it significantly speeds up the process because it doesn't require data entry. If you're supporting loved ones abroad, you can add them to your favorite contacts and quickly send money to their card in just a few clicks.

Ratings and reviews

The app constantly throws errors during transfers and lies about the actual limit that can be transferred in one action. For example, if the app shows that you have a limit of 50, at the point of transfer the user then gets an error telling them that the actual limit is only 45 inclusive of any commission. Also, on the last day of the month, the app starts glitching so users can't transfer to make up their full limit. I have no respect for a bank that lies to customers & dont recommend the app.

Didn't work. Servers are not responding all the time. (Update) After 8 months of using this app - still bad service! Support doesn't answer by hours. Hotlines also not available, I wait 3 minutes on line then the call just ending... Very bad service. I can use unistream, and it's much faster.

Чат мало того, что сломан. Так ещё и откровенное вранье про 24/7 поддержку пользователей. Там никого нет от слова вообще 🤷 Chat is broken and promised "24/7 support" is a lie. Basically, half-baked app with empty promises 🤦‍♂️
