About this game

GiftPot Tracker Plus is the simplest way to organise a group gift. Create a pot for any occasion — a birthday, wedding, farewell, or anything else — set a target amount and a target date, then add everyone who is contributing.

For each contributor you record a name, a pledged amount, and how much they have actually paid. The progress bar updates in real time so you always know how close the pot is to its goal. When everyone has agreed on a fair share, the equal-split feature divides the target automatically across all contributors in one tap.

GiftPot Tracker Plus lets you manage as many pots as you like at the same time. Filter the list by status — active or completed — or search by pot title, recipient name, or contributor name. The dashboard shows your totals across all pots: how much has been collected, how much is still outstanding, and how many contributions are fully paid.

Each pot has its own detail screen where you can see every contributor's pledged and paid amounts side by side. Mark a contribution as paid with a single tap, or log a custom payment method and a note if you need more detail. When the goal is reached, the pot moves to completed automatically.

Share a full written summary of any pot — including each contributor's status — directly to any messaging app or email, so the whole group can see where things stand without you having to type it out yourself.

GiftPot Tracker Plus works entirely offline. All pots, contributions, and payment records are stored locally on your device. No account required, no internet connection needed.
