About this app

The Western & Southern Marshals App will provide marshals serving as volunteers at the Western & Southern ATP Tennis Tournament the ability to review their schedule, checkin at the tournament site on the day of their shift, communicate with the Control center in case they cannot make their assigned shift or are running late for the shift, and chat with the Control center for any questions, requests or clarification. The app will also allow the Control center, through a portal, to make changes to the marshal's schedules, allocate daily assignments, track the marshals when they are at the Tennis Center and their assigned posts through the location tracking and geo-fencing. The Control center will be able to communicate with the marshals through a chat interface. Notifications will be sent to marshals for changes to their schedule through in-app notifications, SMS and email based on the preferences selected by the marshal.

This app is designed for use for registered marshals serving the Western & Southern ATP Tennis Tournament only. Registration will only be allowed for marshal already in the database and all other requests will be rejected by the system.
