I am not a fan of this new app. 1. The old app was very seamless and you could easily check prices before booking 2. I cannot rate previous trips as I could do with the old app. And all my last trips really need to be rated cos they were something else 3. This app keeps logging me out or having network issues. Why??? 4. I don't really like how the To (destination) is placed before the From. But that's not a big issue, though some people may mistakenly book a trip going the opposite direction

Funding my wallet was easy but paying for booking with the same wallet was a complete disaster. The flutterwave payment option is not working at all as it's requesting for currency, reference code and other things that are nonexistent on the app. Please, work on these issues. Your app was superb with the bank transfer option for booking but it's so difficult these days.

I am very disappointed with the poor service from GIGM. They deceive members of the public by claiming to have a proper terminal in Ibadan, whereas it is only a pickup point with no clear or proper address. I booked and paid online, and I was informed that the departure time was 5:30 AM. Unfortunately, after waiting for several hours, it was already past 8:00 AM and there was still no bus available. There was no proper communication or explanation for the delay.
