I can't keep updating this App every week, it's very annoying. Barely two weeks of re-installing and updating it and just when I'm about to use it again I'm being told to update the App before I can use it. Sort this out.
You guys are trying, but please stop using older buses for longer trip like abuja to Lagos. The one I followed from abuja to Lagos on 18 Sunday June 2017 was old, the ac was not cooling and all the glass window were all vibrating. it was not a good experience.

Wow I am speechless. Let me use it to confirm....Now that I have tried using it, I can say more. As somone typed earlier, available seats are jot online real time. I kept choosing diff seat that appeared empty all for the processing to tell me transactn failed bcos seat has been taken. The app shld be made in a way i can save my work to continue later. Becos all those wrong trials took me bak to start all over again
Just the best online booking I have used. I guess it will be fine if you guys will have a platform in your app that enables the customer to reschedule his trip if the need arises. I booked a ticket but the need came up to postpone the journey, I had to call the customer service severally before I got help. Though when they answered,The problem got solved instantly. I love you guys.. All we want is the best service from GIGM and I pray for longevity for GIGM.
So far it has been amazing, the app is simple to use and even if my booking is unsuccessful and am debited,all i do is show them my debit alert,and they give me my ticket,GIGM has made travelling comfortable,travelled from Benin to Enugu and for given a lunch pack and the packaging is unique, u are doing a great job,pls keep it up
