I am not a fan of this new app. 1. The old app was very seamless and you could easily check prices before booking 2. I cannot rate previous trips as I could do with the old app. And all my last trips really need to be rated cos they were something else 3. This app keeps logging me out or having network issues. Why??? 4. I don't really like how the To (destination) is placed before the From. But that's not a big issue, though some people may mistakenly book a trip going the opposite direction

Funding my wallet was easy but paying for booking with the same wallet was a complete disaster. The flutterwave payment option is not working at all as it's requesting for currency, reference code and other things that are nonexistent on the app. Please, work on these issues. Your app was superb with the bank transfer option for booking but it's so difficult these days.

Very useless app... As at today 5/12/25... The app is totally down and unresponsive. Why bother?? There are other transport companies with functioning apps. . Each time I tried booking a trip, it keeps saying error, try again.. I had to physically go to iyana ipaja park to book a trip to nsukka but was told, it was all booked up. No seats available. I have sought alternatives.
