The app concept is nice but execution a disaster. The bus was scheduled to leave by 9am from Auchi to Abuja but as at 11.35am the passengers are yet to leave and are being fed contradictory stories. No integrity at work. GIGM should be honest enough not to take passengers money if there is no bus. They must compensate when then waste people's time as a result of their inefficiency. My advise only use GIGM when you have abundant time to waste otherwise flee
Good App + Not so good service = Thumbs down. The app is good, I can't lie. Easy to navigate but the service rendered at the terminals(excluding Benin and Asaba) takes off the remaining 3 stars.
My first time of using the app and I'm getting frustrated already. The customer care representative said you can book at most 5 days to your travel date and it's already 5 days to my travel date but I still can't see 2nd January, 2018 in you calendar.. Hope I get an explanation.. So annoying!!!!
Don't get me wrong. App is very OK but my thumbs down is for the services provided. Terrible service that deserve a NO STAR. I booked on line for a trip scheduled for 6:55am from Warri to Lagos. Its 7:50am and we are still sitting here hoping for the arrival of the bus, no communication whatsoever from the staff as to the cause of the delay
The worst service ever. Booked for 9am from Auchi to FCT. It's 10:34 now and we are told that they will merge us with a bus coming from Benin . Where is this bus we ask. "It's coming" that's all we are getting here...They are unreliable here in Auchi. If you travelling from Auchi to abuja I suggest you book with another line. We have no idea where the bus is..if our seats even exist ..neither do we have an idea when to get to abuja. This is a big disaster GIGM. To top it up...your customer care line isn't going through. Bad experience
This is one of the most stupid and confused transport companies I have seen in recent time. Not even fan for passenger, you keep them under hot and noisy environment and collect outrageous amount from them. While the mannerless worker have fan to themselves. Journey scheduled for 7:00am. You will stay under hot atmosphere till 11:35am, what level of nonsense is that? And gave me an expired drink. I orders for fanta, they gave me Pepsi, I didn't complain, just to open the drink and discover it has expired since on the 20th December 2017, while I bought on the 24th December. It is not about the useless hype, it is management which encompasses customer relation, etc. God is good thank you very much for the experience. When passengers come late, you take N1,000 from them, but when you stupidly keep passengers for 4 hours late, you don't pay anything to the passengers. Asaba terminal God will help and deliver you people, amen.
