GigSpace Agent

GigSpace

About this app

GigSpace Agent is the booking desk for entertainment agencies, in your pocket. Book artists into venues, keep every night covered and see the money, wherever you are.

It works alongside the GigSpace hub on the web: the same calendar, the same roster and the same numbers, so nothing needs entering twice.

TODAY AT A GLANCE
• Everything that needs you now: gigs with no artist, offers waiting on a reply, dates to chase
• How today, this week and next week are shaping up

GIGS AND OFFERS
• Create a one-off gig or a weekly run in a few taps
• Offer a single date or a whole residency, and see who says yes
• Line up backups, and find a sub fast when an artist drops out
• Month, week and agenda views across every venue and room

YOUR ROSTER
• Every artist with their fee, genres, rating and reliability
• See who is free on a date before you offer it
• Share an artist, or a shortlist for a client, with a link

MESSAGES
• Talk to your artists and venues in one inbox
• Send a broadcast to the whole roster, or only the acts it concerns

PAYMENTS
• What venues owe you and what you owe artists, to the cent
• See how late the money is, and mark invoices sent and paid
• VAT at the rate you set

YOUR TEAM
• Invite colleagues and choose what each person can see and do

GigSpace Agent is for agencies that book live music and entertainment. New to GigSpace? Request an agency account in the app and we'll get you set up. Artists use the companion app, GigSpace Artist.

What’s new

Links in GigSpace emails can now open the app, right on the page they're about. Forgot your password? Reset it in the app with the code we email you. A venue's page now leads with what needs doing there. Booking fees are set on each gig. Tap a notification to read it in full. Edit a whole run at once, and offer a run again to an artist who said no. See an artist's availability day by day. Filter the calendar by several act types. Plus fixes and improvements.
