Shadhan is a tool for matchmakers: one place to manage the candidate database, matchmaking ideas, and follow up on each proposal — instead of a notebook, WhatsApp groups, and scattered lists.
The app is designed for matchmakers who manage a personal database. It is not a dating app: it does not have open profiles for searching, there is no correspondence between candidates, and the people in the database are not users of the app and do not receive any contact from it.
What you can do with it:
• Candidate database — a card for each person: details, preferences, photos, personal notes, and history.
• Quick add — from phone contacts, an Excel file, or a WhatsApp conversation export.
• Matchmaking ideas — open an idea, track its status, and identify duplicates.
• Diary for each idea — what was said, when, and what the next step is.
• Reminders, so that no idea is forgotten in the middle.
• Monthly summaries — how many ideas were opened, how many progressed, and how many made it to the wedding.
• Tips from the matchmaker community and a shared activity board.
• Backup to the cloud while you are online, and also local export to a file.
• Works even without an internet connection.
The information in the database is saved in your account and is not shown to other matchmakers.
