Flood Control PH is a portrait strategy puzzle game where every construction decision has consequences. Build flood-control walls, choose concrete quality, manage each project budget, and watch your choices face increasingly dangerous floodwater.
BUILD YOUR FLOOD WALL
Drag upward across the grid to construct the wall from the foundation. Complete each layer before the storm begins and prepare for rising water.
CHOOSE YOUR MATERIALS
Every block presents a tradeoff:
• Substandard concrete costs less but withstands limited water pressure.
• Standard concrete offers better protection at a higher cost.
• Above Standard concrete provides the strongest defense but leaves less money behind.
The unspent project budget becomes your kickback. Keeping more may unlock expensive rewards—but weaker construction can leave the city flooded.
FACE THE STORM
Once you press Ready, the water begins to rise. Watch concrete crack, leaks spread, and the city flood meter react to the strength of your wall. Emergency patches can delay damage, but they cost money and do not last forever.
COMPLETE FIVE PROJECTS
Take on increasingly demanding flood-control projects, from a canal to a coastal city. Each project brings a taller wall, higher water, and greater pressure.
DISCOVER YOUR FINAL VERDICT
Your choices across all five projects determine the ending. See what luxury your accumulated kickback can afford and receive a sarcastic final judgment based on how well—or badly—you protected the city.
