SCP System provides users with a structured way to observe and develop their operational state (mental and physical energy) before action and performance. Through guided sessions, users record relevant experiential signals, follow their development over time and build a repeatable personal reference. Users can achieve an operational connection to the capacity of their mental and physical energy. This enables the user to put these capacities in numbers and let the SCP system collects those numbers, protecting the users data so it is not visible at organizational level, then aggregate the numbers once the guided sessions repeat day after day. The user is also able to see their own development of patterns within that measurement.
SCP supports three core functions:
* Measure underlying operational signals
* Train and stabilize through structured sessions
* Turn repeated observations into usable reference information
For participating organizations, SCP provides protected, aggregated visibility while preserving the separation between individual and organizational information. This gives organizations an advantage - a pre-execution reference they typically do not have today. A number, a metric, called HOCN - Human Operational Capacity Number which serves as the evidence for the collective Human Operational State within that organization. The measurement architecture is built on scientific principles and is being systematically validated. And the HOCN is to be used as a missing link before a Human-KPI has been calculated.
