Horrible freaking app, always glitching. I've been trying to upgrade to the newest update for MONTHS and it "updates" and then shows the version history of updates still being the last one I was on. And the app commonly says offline even when my wifi is fine and everything should be online? So many glitches, it can't even tell what level the litter is at in the box, nor does it update. And the "suggestions" they have for bugs are the most inconvenient things like uninstalling the app

Absolutely horrible app. Doesnt connect with anything. Uninstalled & Reinstalled all many times. MagicScoop litter box could never be found. Machine is great if it would work without the use of the app. Says it needs 2.4ghz but no way to adjust any settings to find it. So many speeds are at 5ghz that companies aren't doing 2.4 any more! I had high hopes for this literbox / company. 😤

Not working on my Galaxy S23. Tried reinstall, clear cache, power on/off, etc. Opens to the splash screen and crashes immediately
