GiroDash works on any car with OBD2. It turns your Android head unit (or phone) into a live dashboard for your vehicle and detects what your vehicle supports on its own.
ON ANY OBD2 CAR
• Live dashboard: RPM, speed (GPS speed too), coolant temperature, engine load, intake, battery and whatever else your car reports
• Calibrated real-world fuel economy: instant, trip average, range and a chart. Tap "I filled the tank" and the numbers match your vehicle
• Service log: oil, filters and maintenance, with how many km or days are left
• Engine fault codes with plain-language descriptions, plus an overheat alert
• My screens: build your own dashboard from a blank screen
• Screen bar: switch between Dashboard, Economy, Performance, Sensors and Service with one tap
MITSUBISHI PAJERO EXTRAS
On the Pajero / Montero 3.2 DI-D (2008 onwards) and 3.8 V6 (2007 onwards), GiroDash also reads what the stock cluster hides:
• Automatic transmission and torque converter temperatures
• Current gear (P R N 1 2 3 4 5) and AUTO/MANUAL mode
• Torque converter lock-up: locked, slipping or engine braking
• 4x4 mode (2WD, 4WD, LOCK, LOW) with OFF-ROAD and LOW RANGE alerts
• Turbo boost, lights, doors, seatbelt and parking brake
• Transmission, ABS and transfer case fault codes
Modern or Classic dashboard, phone music player on the same screen, auto-start with the head unit, portrait layout for phones and your choice of units (km/h or mph, °C or °F, psi, bar or kPa).
Free: standard OBD2 sensors, calibrated fuel economy, basic service log, fault reading and overheat alert.
GiroDash Pro: manufacturer profiles (such as the Pajero ones), unlimited service items, adjustable alerts and fault clearing.
Requires an ELM327-compatible Bluetooth OBD2 adapter (recommended: Vgate iCar Pro, OBDLink, Veepeak).
Do not operate the app while driving.
