Need more diverse surveys, because every month there is always a new survey about ordering food/drinks. For people who rarely order food/drinks online, it will be difficult to get surveys, and they will be dependent on daily check-ins.

I've been using this app for a long time, but this is the first time I'm having trouble redeeming rewards. Actually, it's normal to have occasional problems, but what bothers me is the customer service that doesn't seem to work. I reported this twice via email, but no response. Isn't there another customer service line that has faster response?
