I've been using this app for a long time, but this is the first time I'm having trouble redeeming rewards. Actually, it's normal to have occasional problems, but what bothers me is the customer service that doesn't seem to work. I reported this twice via email, but no response. Isn't there another customer service line that has faster response?

It's good, but i think the level required is too high to exchange the point. Edit, the amount of voucher is too low, its always out of stock. I waited almost a month and its still hasn't restocked. This problem already happen even when the user base is small, what happen if it increases ?? No one can exchange the prize ??

It's an interesting app, you can fill out the survey in your spare time and earn points which can be exchanged for prizes.
