Ratings and reviews

DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM. They make their fee structure intentionally confusing. They don't verify any contact information. They don't verify payment methods ahead of time. The support is an AI that talks in circles. The auction and checkout process is a nightmare. They don't send tax receipts, so you'll have to issue receipts to all donors. There is nothing smooth about this butter.

Useless from the nonprofit organization point of view. Zero management functions available, just alerts and a list of donations that you can do nothing with.

I used this app for a live event to update the GB live display fundraising meter & contributing donors feed with checks given directly. Most donors wanted to use a specific display name (e.g., "The Doe Family") & not show the amount, but I could only enter the transaction name or anonymous + there was no selection for hiding the amount from public feed. It took about 10 minutes to finish processing/show up on the meter, so too slow for intended purpose.
