About this app
GivePulse is the community engagement platform that analyzes collective impact for cities, universities, schools, businesses, groups and individuals. We bring people together to volunteer and address issues and gaps in the community. At the same time, we power the backend and logistical requirements for community movements and initiatives.
GivePulse can be used by any volunteer, student, organizer, manager or coordinator to search, register, and track their activity in the community. It is currently only in select cities. Please contact us if you want a formal launch in your city.

Any time I try to use the Search function, the app quickly crashes. Not sure how I'm meant to use the app if I can't even properly add groups.

The app keeps resetting my location to a different state. It does not work right at all. I just go to the website, which works fine especially since I am an admin.

Oh no! Can you try restarting the app or installing the update? We believe it's related to a caching issue. We also just pushed an app release that internally clears the cache so that it recognizes your location.

App does not work on my Galaxy S7. Wheel spins on every screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same thing.

Could this be due to wifi or internet signal strength? If you are able to login, there are only 2 screens that require "loading". Were you able to login/authenticate? Happy to also schedule a webinar with you and support@givepulse.com to troubleshoot with you.
