Decent app but a few serious flaws. This app is easy enough to navigate but there are 2 key issues. Almost every time I order through the app the order is not ready when I pick it up even ordering 25 minutes in advance. Many times I walk in to an empty restaurant and tell them I have a mobile order and only then do they start making it. The 2nd issue is that when you select a card it places an order without confirming . When you pay it places a second order. This has happened 3 times to me.

I'm a loyal customer for the last 5 years. Look at my loyalty points Impossible. It disappears automatically. It keeps operating web view for the latest Android versions and never uses the application format. I have lost so many points so far because of it,So many glitches I have found in applications so far. I don't know what UI testers are doing for this application. Doesn't allow me to collect loyalty points nor does it allow me to withdraw it. Please update it as soon as possible. Thank you.

I've used the app to order a few times and it's easy to use. However, today I placed a large order for delivery, paid and received the confirmation email that the order had been placed and would be delivered shortly. An hour later we had to call the restaurant as it hadn't arrived and they informed us that they don't do delivery. But we'd paid a $5 delivery fee. Please update the app so that ordering for delivery isn't an option if the restaurant doesn't actually deliver
