My Absence is an integrated system for managing student attendance and absence in schools. It's designed to save teachers time and provide school administration with an accurate, real-time overview of attendance.

For Teachers: • Record attendance by period, class, and date in just a few steps.
• Distinguish between absences and excused absences.
• A personal record of your attendance, with the ability to edit recordings within 30 minutes of saving.
• Document daily achievements with photos and export as a PDF file.
• Student feedback and evaluations.

For School Administration: • Full-day attendance record with PDF export.
• Daily absence report and report for each period (1-7).
• Warnings for accumulated absences at 5, 10, and 15 days.
• Monitoring of students with high absenteeism.
• School statistics and attendance rates.
• Classroom management, teacher account approval, and temporary classroom management.

Clear Roles:
School Principal, Supervisor, Registrar, and Teacher—each role has its own permissions, and no one can access data from another school.

Student Privacy:
Students are identified only by their class number. The system does not store students' names, photos, or any means of contacting them, nor does it create any accounts for them.
