Still not fixed. Still no response. This is sad because I really enjoy this game but at level 16 it glitches and kicks me out. When I go back into the game I have to start the level over. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the glitches still there. I cannot go any further in the game until this glitch is fixed. Once it is fixed I will give more stars because I do enjoy this game. Also the support button does not work.

Tap Away puzzles are complex and interesting. However, it is constantly glitching out, freezing up, and sometimes the blocks will have two images on them and you have to double or triple tap to remove the block. Extremely annoying. The puzzles are large and a pause button would be appreciated. If the app worked properly I'd be so happy.

Most of the levels have told block in them. That means it's technically forcing you to watch an ad. You have no choice but to click the ad. If you don't you going to be stuck on that level until you click it. Please remove the golden boxes.
